Cancellation policy
- Reservations of 7 days or more come with a non-refundable deposit of $20 per night. In the event of ANY cancellation, this deposit will not be returned.
- Cancellations within 2 days of your arrival date incur a fee of a night's stay at the regular room rate.
- Cancellations on the day of arrival are charged for the full extent of your stay
- Cancellations 3 or more days from your arrival date incurs no fees.
Additional Fees
- Extra people - $10 per person, per night (over 2 people)
- Late check out - $20.00 per hour
- Excessive number of dirty dishes - $100.00
- Signs of Smoking in the cabin - $250.00
- Shipping left-behind items - Starts at $15, varies depending on size of item
- Lost Key - $25.00
- Pet fee - $20 per pet, per night
- Left behind pet-waste - $100.00
- Excessive pet hair in the cabin - $100.00
- Excessive filth, damages, missing or broken items are charged accordingly, at the discretion of River Wilderness
