Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) before their scheduled arrival date without penalty. 
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of their arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will be responsible for 100% of the reservation balance.

• EXTRA PERSON(S) - $20 per person, per night
• LOST KEY - $25
• PET FEE - $20 per pet, per night. Prior approval is required.
• EXCESSIVE PET HAIR - NOT DISPOSING OF PET'S WASTE - $100

We love our 4-legged family members and want to keep River Wilderness pet-friendly for years to come so we ask our guests to please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of your pet's waste.

• EXCESSIVE FILTH - DAMAGES OF ANY KIND - MISSING OR BROKEN ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY, AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT
• SIGNS OF SMOKING IN CABIN - $250 
• UNAPPROVED LATE CHECK-OUT - $35 per hour up to 2 pm - any guest occupying the cabin after 2 pm will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes and fees.
